Velious Tinkering

All the items in this table must be made in the deluxe toolkit sold in Iceclad Ocean (Velious). Note that the fine plate armor pieces are made via the smithing skill.

These tradeskill enhancers give you a percentage increase to your skill with regards to success/failures, but are capped at a modified 255. They do not affect skill gain, only your chance to succeed on item creation.
