When Verant added merchant-sold tackle box and hooks, experimentation began on various recipes using the tacklebox (look in baking and brewing for other recipes using fish). These were all found via experimentation, and for all we know, there may be other recipes still undiscovered. Skill checks for making these are based on fishing skill. Player-made fishing lures now add a bonus to your fishing skill (2% on dry flys, 3% on treble flies, 4% on circular flies), and are used up at the same rate as normal bait.
