Planes of Power Recipes

A temporary spot for PoP tinkering recipes found in books and by hailing various NPCs in the Plane of Knowledge. Note that some of the NPCs will not give out their recipes unless you meet certain requirements (such as high skill in the tradeskill in question.)

The first column ("V?") indicates if the recipe has yet been verified. All recipes that do NOT have a "Y" in that column are our "best guess" based on the recipe text. In many cases, naming and exact recipe are guesswork based on an interpretation of the book/hail text. If there's no "V" listed, then there are no guarantees that the recipe will work as listed. As of February 6, collapsible containers can be used for all PoP-specific combines, other than quest-specific tailoring that still requires the loom in PoK.
