Planes of Power Tailoring Recipes

A temporary spot for PoP tailoring recipes found in books and by hailing various NPCs in the Plane of Knowledge. Note that some of the NPCs will not give out their recipes unless you meet certain requirements (such as high skill in the tradeskill in question.) These recipes must be combined using a planar sewing kit sold in Plane of Knowledge. There are also indications that some of the combines may be skill-restricted, as a 193 tailor was unable to make the armor combine attempts without the used of a 15% skill modifying item. We suspect that a 220 skill (raw or modified with a +tradeskill item) will be required to make these armor sets.
