Planes of Power Jewelcraft Recipes

A temporary spot for PoP recipes found in books and by hailing various NPCs in the Plane of Knowledge. Note that some of the NPCs will not give out their recipes unless you meet certain requirements (such as high skill in the tradeskill in question.) These recipes require the planar jeweller's kit sold in Plane of Knowledge.

In many cases, naming and exact recipe are guesswork based on an interpretation of the book/hail text - several folks have reported in finished stats, but have neglected to verify exact item names and drop information.
