The first of these trophies were introduced into the game on May 8, and are
used to symbolize a dedicated (or is that demented?) tradeskiller.
The mounted gems and the artisan's seal are tradeable. Most of the final
trophies are primary/secondary/ranged/ammo, LORE, NO DROP, STR 10, CHA 50, INT 10, WIS 10 items, with 5% skill modifier. The poison making trophy has an additional 10 DEX, while the alchemy trophy has 15 WIS but no INT. The trophies also
have an effect of summon: grandmaster's satchel.(10-slot, giant
capacity, 100% weight reduction bag, no rent, no drop) (Due to
the droppable status of the gems and the artisan's seal, you can
get a potter and jeweler to make the first parts for you, but you
must complete the final combine in order to obtain one of these
items.)
August 16 update: hand Jolum one of your summoned grandmaster
satchels to receive a no drop, lore, weight 1.2, Grandmaster's Carry
All (this upgraded bag is NOT no-rent, making it a much safer place
to store valuable tradeskill items). Should you delete/lose
this bag, you can always hand him another summoned satchel to receive
a replacement.
NOTE: only if you made a trophy before June 12,
hail Jolum on the second floor of the main building of the Bazaar
to learn how to upgrade your old trophy (not lore, no effect, no
skill modifier) to the new trophy. Appropriate text
details are below ... again, this is only on trophies made before
June 12, which is when the trophy was changed. If you made your
trophy after June 12, 2002, your trophy is already the "upgraded"
one. Again, I repeat, since the first line has been missed and re-asked
repeatedly, ONLY if you made your trophy BEFORE June 12,
can it be "upgraded" to the one that folks have made since
that date.

Hail text from Jolum:
You say, 'what upgrade'
Jolum says 'What Grandmaster Trade item would you like to know how
to upgrade? I can tell you how to upgrade your [Grandmaster Baker's
Spoon], [Grandmaster Brewer's Corker], [Grandmaster Fletcher's Knife],
[Grandmaster Jeweler's Eyeglass], [Grandmaster Potter's Sculpter],
[Grandmaster Smith's Hammer], [Grandmaster Tailor's Needle], or
your [Grandmaster Tinker's Spanner]. While you can't have more than
one of the new items, they will summon a bag for you. Very useful
for carrying heavy items about and such.'
You say, 'Grandmaster Jeweler's Eyeglass'
Jolum says 'Jewelcraft is more your speed then, is it? In a jewelers
kit, combine a glass shard, a silver bar, with your old Grandmaster
Jeweler's Eyeglass and your old Eyeglass will be a new Eyeglass.'
You say, 'Grandmaster Baker's Spoon'
Jolum says 'To upgrade your Grandmaster Baker's Spoon, simply combine
your old spoon in an oven with a mixing spoon and you should get
a new Grandmaster Baker's Spoon in return.'
You say, 'Grandmaster Brewer's Corker'
Jolum says 'For a new and improved Grandmaster Brewer's Corker combine
your old Brewer's Corker with a corking device and, viola! You have
a new Grandmaster Brewer's Corker.'
You say, 'Grandmaster Fletcher's Knife'
Jolum says 'Ahh, a fletcher are you? Well in your fletching kit
combine your Grandmaster Fletcher's Knife with a Fishbone Dart tool
and you will have made yourself a new Grandmaster Fletcher's Knife.'
You say, 'Grandmaster Potter's Sculpter'
Jolum chuckles. 'So you like to work with clay do you? Well in a
kiln combine, with your Grandmaster Potter's Sculpter, a set of
Sculpting Tools and you'll have a new and better Sculpter for your
leisure.'
You say, 'Grandmaster Smith's Hammer'
Jolum eyes you for a moment. 'Yes, you have a blacksmith's arms.
If you'd like to upgrade your Grandmaster Smith's hammer, simply
bang on it in a forge with a mundane Smithy Hammer.'
You say, 'Grandmaster Tailor's Needle'
Jolum says 'Oh, so you are a tailor? Perhaps I'll see you about
this hole in my robe. In the meantime, to change your Grandmaster
Tailor's Needle combine it with an Embroidering Needle in your sewing
kit.'
You say, 'Grandmaster Tinker's Spanner'
Jolum says 'You tinker? I happen to dabble with that a little bit
myself. Well that is neither here nor there. If you'd like a new
Grandmaster Tinker's Spanner, combine your old spanner with some
metal bits and a sharpening stone.'
