Human cultural smithing is now broken into two pages - one for
Freeport, one
for Qeynos (below). Any human smith can make any of the items for
either city, but they must use the proper cultural forge, in the
proper city, for each recipe. Note that, as with all cultural tradeskills,
cultural tradeskill containers are not fooled by illusions.

(Note: enchanted large bricks of HQ ore are made using the level
49 enchant steel spell. The enchanted large bricks are then formed
into various enchanted rings, folded sheets, etc. as listed below)
