Highpass Hold Trade Supplies

Zone evaluation: While this and neighboring High Keep have many of the basic trade supplies, it is not always a very safe place to stay and shop. There are monster spawn points near the zone entrances for Kithicor and for East Karana. There is also a bandit camp that sometimes gets trained about. That having been said, it's a lot safer to shop here than it is to shop in, Kithicor at night, for example
