Alchemy Dropped Ingredient Locations

This is a listing of the sourcers for most alchemy ingredients that are not regular vendor stock. The exceptions are bat fur which is both a drop and vendor stock, and racial meats for illusion potions, which you can find on the people parts drops list. You might still find any of these items on vendors, however, if a player sold it to that vendor. In fact, some of these are very commonly available on merchants near the areas where the items drop most often. If you have corrections or additions, please post them on the Alchemy Message Board.

Note also that some of the usual vendor herbs drop from certain sarnaks and their dogs in Chardok. Look for the sarnak herbalist, chokidai rootdigger, chokidai herbsniffer, sarnak herbcollector, wizened herbcollector, apprentice herbalist, and alchemist acolyte. As Chardok is a high level zone that requires a good group to get very far, it's probably not going to be enough to fill all of your needs. It is, however, a nice extra bit of loot that could help put the most expensive potions within reach for the financially challenged among us.
